The dancer always wears dance tights under her leotard in classical dance or over her leotard in contemporary dance. They are usually pink, but also available in black, white or flesh. When the dancer orders the pointe work, the convertible tights (with a hole under the arch of the foot), allows her to uncover her toes in order to prepare her feet for the pointe work. Made of microfiber, they are very soft and comfortable to wear. Be careful when handling them, as they are much more resistant than ready-to-wear tights, but they can also be spun. Hand washing is recommended!
